Climate change can occur due to several factors, whether natural or anthropogenic. This means that society also contributes to adverse changes in the atmosphere that compromise the health of the population, water resources, vegetation, air quality and other aspects related to the environment. In view of the above, this work aims to carry out a case study that seeks to highlight and compare the impacts of climate change on temperature and rainfall intensity in the municipalities of Barretos/SP and Bebedouro/SP. The research method adopted is descriptive, which consists of collecting data, observing, recording and relating all information obtained in recent years. Finally, the results reached current thermal and rainfall levels, in addition to their possible future influences in relation to green areas, municipal infrastructures and the inhabitants of Barretos and Bebedouro.
