This article analyzes the Favela 3D project, developed by the NGO Gerando Falcões, as a model of public policy for social urbanism and community cohesion in Brazilian favelas. The study employs a theoretical approach based on social urbanism and the right to the city to examine how architectural and urban planning solutions can promote social inclusion and sustainability in vulnerable urban areas. The methodology includes a comprehensive literature review on social urbanism, environmental public policies, and a critical analysis of the social and environmental impacts of the Favela 3D project. The originality of this study lies in the intersection of sustainable architectural practices and social inclusion public policies, addressing a gap in the literature that often separates these fields. The results demonstrate the potential of the Favela 3D model to transform marginalized communities, promoting social cohesion and environmental sustainability through accessible and integrated urban architecture. Theoretically, the article contributes to the ongoing debate on social urbanism, proposing the replication of the model in different Brazilian urban contexts. Methodologically, it suggests adapting urban planning and architecture practices to better meet the needs of vulnerable communities. The social contributions include the promotion of inclusion and community development, while the environmental implications emphasize the importance of sustainable architectural solutions for more equitable urban development.
