Thematic Dossier – Publication Exempt from Editorial Fee

The Periódico Técnico e Científico Cidades Verdes announces that, in the 2025/2026 biennium, it will publish two thematic dossiers per year, aimed at disseminating high-quality scientific research in the core field of Architecture and Urbanism and related areas, especially those connected to the sustainable development of cities.

Participation in the dossiers is completely free of charge; there will be no submission, editorial, or publication fees for approved articles. However, authors of selected papers must provide an English version of their article, which will be reviewed and standardized by the editors to ensure high-quality dissemination and broader international reach.

The evaluation criteria will strictly follow the journal’s editorial guidelines, prioritizing:

  • Theoretical and scientific contribution of the manuscript;

  • Originality and relevance of the study;

  • Methodological consistency;

  • Excellence in academic writing.

Article selection will be based exclusively on the quality of the submitted text, prioritizing research that offers significant contributions to Architecture and Urbanism and its interfaces with the environment.

  • Expected publication: December 31, 2026
