Vouchers – Publication Exempt from Editorial Fee

ANAP – Associação Amigos da Natureza da Alta Paulista offers complimentary vouchers granting a 100% discount in the following cases:

  • For speakers at events organized by ANAP.

  • For the best papers presented at ANAP-organized events.

Conditions and Guidelines

Submission Deadline: Articles must be submitted within six (6) months after the end of the event.

Submission Method:

  • Submissions via email will not be accepted.

  • Submissions must be made exclusively through the journal’s online platform.

Documentation:

  • It is mandatory to attach two files: one with identification and one without identification, both prepared according to the journal’s template.

  • To validate the submission fee waiver, the voucher must be attached to the platform at the time of submission.

Fee Waiver:

  • If the article is approved, the author will be exempt from editorial and publication fees.

Journal Guidelines:

  • Submissions must strictly comply with the editorial guidelines and the specific template of the selected journal.

Evaluation:

  • Approval is not automatic.

  • All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind review (without identification) conducted by a member of the scientific committee, based on the research results and compliance with editorial and formatting standards.

Co-authorship:

  • Submissions authored or co-authored by undergraduate or lato sensu postgraduate students will not be accepted.

  • All authors must be affiliated with stricto sensu postgraduate programs or hold at least a Master’s degree.
