Thematic Dossier – Publication Exempt from Editing Fee

The National Journal of City Management announces that, in the 2025/2026 biennium, it will publish two thematic dossiers per year, aimed at disseminating high-quality scientific research in the core field of Architecture and Urbanism and in related areas, especially those linked to urban planning and management.

Participation in the dossiers is completely free of charge, with no fees for submission, editing, or publication of accepted articles. However, the authors of selected papers must provide an English version of the article, which will be reviewed and standardized by the editors to ensure high-quality dissemination and broader international reach.

The evaluation criteria will strictly follow the journal’s editorial guidelines, prioritizing:

  • Theoretical and scientific contribution of the manuscript;

  • Originality and relevance of the study;

  • Methodological consistency;

  • Excellence in academic writing.

The selection of articles will be based exclusively on the quality of the submitted text, valuing research that offers significant contributions to Architecture and Urbanism and its interfaces with urban planning and management.
