Vouchers – Publication Exempt from Editing Fee

The ANAP – Associação Amigos da Natureza da Alta Paulista offers courtesy vouchers with a 100% discount:

  • For speakers at events organized by ANAP.

  • For the best papers presented at events organized by ANAP.

Conditions and Guidelines

Submission Deadline:
Articles must be submitted within six (6) months after the end of the event.

Submission Method:

  • Submissions via email will not be accepted.

  • All submissions must be made exclusively through the journal’s platform.

Documentation:

  • It is mandatory to attach two files: one with author identification and one without identification, both prepared according to the journal’s template.

  • To validate the fee exemption, the voucher must be uploaded to the platform at the time of submission.

Fee Exemption:

  • If the article is approved, the author will be exempt from editing and publication fees.

Journal Standards:

  • Submissions must strictly adhere to the editorial guidelines and the specific template of the chosen journal.

Evaluation:

  • Approval is not automatic.

  • All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review (anonymous) by a member of the scientific committee, based on research quality and compliance with editorial and formatting standards.

Co-authorship:

  • Submissions authored or co-authored by undergraduate or lato sensu postgraduate students will not be accepted.

  • All authors must be affiliated with stricto sensu graduate programs or hold at least a master’s degree.
