For the submission of scientific articles to Editora ANAP, it is mandatory to submit the Copyright Declaration, duly completed and signed by all authors. This document formalizes the commitment to the following conditions:
Originality and Uniqueness: The authors declare that the submitted article is original and unpublished, and that it has not been submitted for review or publication in other events, journals, or books, either in whole or in part.
Post-Publication Exclusivity: After publication in Editora ANAP's platforms (events, journals, or books), the article may not be submitted for any other publication, except in cases of non-exclusive distribution, such as in institutional repositories or as a book chapter, with proper citation of the original publication in Editora ANAP.
Legal Responsibility: The authors assume full responsibility for the information, images, and data used in the article, ensuring compliance with the Copyright Law (Law No. 9.610/1998).
Citation and Usage Authorization: The authors understand the importance of properly citing the sources of information, images, and data used, as well as holding the necessary permissions for the use of third-party images or licenses for images taken from the internet.
Publication Authorization: The declaration formalizes the authorization for the article to be published in the chosen platform of Editora ANAP, ensuring transparency in the editorial process and preserving the rights of the authors.
Signature Procedures
- The document can be manually signed and scanned for submission.
- Alternatively, authors may use the digital signature via GOV.BR, a practical, secure, and officially recognized solution.
